Soundmarque collects information you provide when creating an account (email, name), audio files and metadata you submit through the intake system, and usage data related to watermark detection and rights management operations.
We use your information to operate the watermarking and rights management platform, generate watermark manifests, process audio files for forensic watermark embedding and detection, and manage rights records and royalty data.
Audio files are stored in encrypted cloud storage (Supabase Storage). Watermark data and metadata are stored in a PostgreSQL database with row-level security. All data transmission uses TLS encryption.
We use Supabase for authentication and data storage, Google OAuth for sign-in, Anthropic Claude for AI-assisted manifest generation and analysis, and Vercel for application hosting. Each service processes data according to their respective privacy policies.
Audio files and associated metadata are retained for the duration of active rights management. Detection logs are retained indefinitely for forensic audit purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
