By accessing and using Soundmarque, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Soundmarque is an audio watermarking, intake, and rights management platform operated by Blast Off Media LLC.
Access to Soundmarque is by invitation only. You may only use the platform for submitting, managing, and detecting watermarks on audio content you have the rights to manage. Unauthorized access or use of the detection system for purposes other than rights verification is prohibited.
You retain all rights to audio content you submit. By submitting content, you grant Soundmarque a limited license to process, watermark, store, and analyze the audio for the purposes of rights management and watermark detection. Watermarked outputs remain your property.
Soundmarque embeds inaudible forensic watermarks into audio content using WavMark and AudioSeal technologies. While watermarks are designed to be imperceptible, Soundmarque does not guarantee that watermarks will survive all forms of audio processing or attack.
Rights records, revenue splits, and publishing data entered into Soundmarque are provided by you. Soundmarque stores and exports this data as-is and does not independently verify the accuracy of rights claims.
Soundmarque is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Blast Off Media LLC is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to watermark detection failures, data loss, or rights disputes.
